Gateaux Maison was a dream that Chef Juan Agudelo had for many years before it became a realization. He had always worked for someone else which attributed to his 25 years of experience but never worked on his own. Together with his wife he was finally able to open his own bakery and bring forth his heritage and French training.
He trained in The Ecole Gregoire-Ferrnadi (Paris), also The Bellouet Conseil Ecole Gastronomique (Paris), and finally in The International School of Confectionary Arts (Florida).
We offer reasonable prices on a great variety of services at the bakery from catering to special orders.
